Rental Inspections–Ingoing, Outgoing & Routine

We prioritize maintaining the condition of your property, which is why we reach out one month after a new tenant moves in to ensure everything is running smoothly. Following this initial check-in, we conduct thorough inspections every three or four months as required by the landlord. During these inspections, we assess the property’s overall condition and take detailed notes, providing you with a comprehensive report that includes photos and any observations or recommendations for upkeep, maintenance, or improvements.

 

In addition to these scheduled inspections, we also perform drive-by checks whenever we are in the area. This allows us to keep an eye on the property’s exterior and spot any potential issues before they become significant concerns. 1b. Reporting: Tenants can easily report maintenance issues through our communication channels.
2. Assessment: We assess the reported problem to determine the urgency and type of repair needed.
3. Coordination: Using our established relationships with skilled contractors, we arrange for timely repairs at competitive prices.
4. Follow-up: After the repairs are completed, we follow up to ensure the issue has been resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
5. Documentation: We keep detailed records of all maintenance activities for transparency and future reference.
