Tenancy Application Process

Found the perfect property? Great! Here’s how to apply:

To get started, simply fill out the application form in full and submit your application through our tenancy portal. In the application, you’ll need to provide references preferably professional or previous landlords, rather than family, along with a rental history. 

Once we receive your application, our team will review it and reach out if we have any questions or need further information. While we don’t assess your financial ability to pay until you’re considered a preferred applicant, please know that your application will then be forwarded to the property owner for their final decision on tenancy.

 

If your application is accepted, we’ll give you a call with the good news and follow up with an email and you need to acknowledge the email. Once you confirm, we’ll provide the necessary paperwork and go over everything with you so that you fully understand what you’re signing before your move-in date.
